Production process of wear-resistant steel plate:
KR desulfurization → converter steelmaking → LF refining → RH vacuum degassing → CCM continuous casting → (slow cooling) → heating → rolling → flaw detection → segmentation → heat treatment → sampling → performance inspection → finishing → packaging → storage
In order to satisfied the performance requirements of high-strength and wear-resistant steel plates, the following aspects of the production process are mainly controlled:
1. Use LF refining and RH vacuum degassing treatment to fully float non-metallic inclusions.
2. Choose special refining slag and tundish protective slag to better adsorb inclusions.
3. Adopt the denaturation treatment of inclusions, to promote the floating or improve the morphology of inclusions.
4. Improve the purity of molten steel, reduce the content of gas in steel, especially the content of oxygen and hydrogen.
5. Light reduction technology is adopted during slab continuous casting to ensure that the slab macrostructure meets the process requirements.
6. Low-speed and high-reduction technology is used when the steel plate is rolled to ensure that the rolling deformation can penetrate into the central part of the slab, to roll up defects such as looseness in the slab.
7. Strictly control the heat treatment process, make the steel plate in a reasonable structure and grain size, to ensure that the steel plate possesses steady comprehensive performance.
